Provides clinical support and basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with patient hygiene and feeding. Responsible for maintaining a clean patient environment and communicating changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse.
Requires a high school diploma and graduation from an accredited nursing assistant program or equivalent. Must hold a Nurse Aide Certification and BLS certification, with one year of medical/surgical experience preferred.
