Accurately record vital signs Exercise judgment in patient interactions and report changes to the RN Follow therapeutic interventions outlined by the treatment team and provide information for development and revision Employ crisis-intervention techniques, conduct RBT-led groups, and use facility-approved CPI techniques Assist patients through discharge, guide in adjusting to life changes, and help with personal hygiene Comply with policies for a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment, practicing universal precautions and responding to patient care priorities.

What we’re looking for: Education High School Diploma or GED required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, or related field preferred Certification Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required CPI, Handle With Care, or equivalent crisis intervention certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within orientation period
