The CNA is responsible for assisting hospice patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. They must document patient condition changes in electronic health records and provide light homemaker assistance to ensure patient and family satisfaction.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be a graduate of an accredited CNA program with a current state certification. One year of experience in personal care, hospice, or home health is preferred.
