The CNA is responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing light homemaker help, and documenting changes in patient condition. They ensure patient and family satisfaction by following the plan of care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be a graduate of an accredited CNA program with a current state certification. One year of experience in personal care, hospice, or home health is preferred.
