Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma or GED and experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment. Must be at least 18 years old with strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals in recovery.
We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) / Recovery Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support and supervision to clients throughout their treatment experience while helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Team members are responsible for supporting daily operations, monitoring client safety, and assisting with programming and recovery-focused activities across all shifts. Key Responsibilities Support new client admissions, including orientation and paperwork as needed Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior Document observations, incidents, and interactions accurately in shift logs Respond appropriately to emergencies or crisis situations in collaboration with clinical staff Maintain a calm, structured, and therapeutic environment Assist with groups, activities, transportation, or medication line supervision as directed Ensure adherence to facility schedules, policies, and treatment protocols Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary treatment team members Perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, healthcare, or a related field preferred Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Passion for helping individuals in recovery Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
