The Ophthalmic Scribe is responsible for documenting patient exams into the electronic health record and assisting doctors with procedure scheduling. They also perform various ophthalmic tests and maintain the cleanliness and stock of exam rooms.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of medical office experience, with ophthalmology experience highly preferred. Proficiency in EHR systems and typing is required, and a Medical Scribe Certification is preferred.

Unifeye Vision Partners is currently hiring for a Ophthalmic Scribe, Colton, CA SUMMARY The Ophthalmic Scribe assists the doctors with documentation of the patient exam into the patient's electronic health record (EHR). The Scribe will also assist with facilitation of surgery and procedure scheduling and scheduling of return appointments as directed by the provider. Partners with other clinic staff to facilitate efficient clinic flow and ensure quality patient care.
