The LPN provides direct patient care, including treatments and medication administration, under the direction of a Clinical Nurse. They are responsible for meeting the care needs of patients and families while supporting the organization's mission.
Candidates must be a graduate of a Practical Nursing program and hold a Licensed Practical Nurse license. One year of nursing experience in a related area is preferred.
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care through personal accountability for care needs of patients and families as demonstrated through treatments, administration of medications and other specified assignment under the direction of a Clinical Nurse.
