The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering healthcare services to patients as an RN or LPN. CMAs provide clinical and clerical support to ensure quality care and workplace efficiency.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing or medical assistant program with appropriate licensure or certification. BCLS certification is required within three months of hire.
Computer skills preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain and display professionalism with customers and coworkers. Organizational skills, with attention to detail, including time management and workflow required. Advanced knowledge of nursing practice, including the ability to make sound judgments in clinical situations. Understanding of teaching/learning principles. Flexibility and adaptability.
