This role provides technical and nursing support for patients undergoing advanced diagnostics, procedures, treatments, and ongoing case management within the Internal Medicine service. This role works closely with internists, fellow technicians, assistants, and client service teams to ensure safe patient handling, accurate treatment delivery, thorough documentation, and excellent continuity of care.This individual will thrive in a specialty environment that requires critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to balance hands-on patient care with detailed coordination and communication.

Once your shift begins, you will step into a fast-paced, team-centered hospital environment where your role truly matters.A typical day may include preparing patients for appointments and procedures, obtaining histories, assisting with diagnostics, placing IV catheters, collecting laboratory samples, supporting advanced imaging or endoscopic procedures, administering treatments, monitoring sedated or anesthetized patients, and helping coordinate ongoing care plans.
Throughout the day, you will help manage medically complex patients while serving as a knowledgeable and compassionate resource for both the clinical team and the families who trust us with their pets’ care.
