Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with complex, long-term medical needs in a rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans and educate patients and families on treatment.
Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Connecticut and be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Demonstrated clinical competence is required, with a BSN preferred.

Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care or rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor, assess, and document patient progress while ensuring safety and comfort. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and discharge planning. Support a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Connecticut.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
