Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hepatology team in San Francisco, California. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care for patients with liver disease within a supportive, innovative health system.

Position Details

Full-time position, outpatient-based Collaborative care model working closely with hepatologists, gastroenterologists, and transplant specialists Responsibilities include patient evaluation and management, pre- and post-transplant care coordination, and ongoing chronic liver disease management Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and program development within a growing specialty service line Monday-Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities as needed

Requirements

California license or eligable BC/BE Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Experience or strong interest in hepatology, gastroenterology, or liver preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
