Physician - Gastroenterologist
We are seeking a Gastroenterologist to provide clinical services at a community-based practice in Wyoming, MN. [http://www.mhealthfairview.org/locations/m-health-fairview-clinic---wyoming] We are looking for an individual who will provide high-level patient-centered care aligning with the goals and objectives of the M Health Fairview organization.
This Gastroenterologist will be an integral team member in the delivery of GI care, enjoying an established large referral base and a small practice feel with access to broader University of Minnesota academic resources.
Full time position (1.0 FTE) that will provide patient care in a clinic, hospital and endoscopy unit conveniently located adjacent to each other.
The practice includes an advance practice provider and other support staff.
Position is located at the M Health Fairview Lakes Medical Cente [http://mhealthfairview.org/locations/m-health-fairview-lakes-medical-center---wyoming#awards-and-recognition]r in Wyoming, MN. Fairview Lakes Medical Center is a 61-bed community hospital with more than 26 specialty services, located approximately 35 miles northeast of Minneapolis. May be asked to consider delivering patient care at other facilities within the M Health Fairview system, including the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis.
Opportunity to collaborate with other Gastroenterology colleagues within the University of Minnesota, Gastroenterology Division.
On call responsibilities include coverage during the week and on weekends in rotation with the general surgeons. Call will not be rigorous and rare emergencies are shared with an existing group of physicians.
