The Physician Assistant will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose behavioral health conditions, and manage psychiatric medications under physician supervision. They are also responsible for maintaining audit-ready documentation and participating in KPI-driven quality initiatives within a structured care model.
Candidates must be a certified PA-C with an active DEA registration and a minimum of 2 years of recent outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health experience. Direct experience in psychiatric medication management and strong psychopharmacology knowledge are non-negotiable requirements.
