Impireum Psychiatric Group is a physician-led NeuroWellness practice integrating psychiatry, psychotherapy, ADHD testing, neurofeedback, Spravato® (esketamine), EMDR, IV hydration therapy, and wellness services into one coordinated treatment model.

We're expanding across Texas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania and are seeking exceptional PMHNP-BCs who want to help build the future of integrated behavioral healthcare.

What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions across the lifespan Develop individualized medication management plans Provide evidence-based psychiatric care Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary treatment teams Participate in Multidisciplinary Case Conferences (MDCC) Coordinate care with therapists and psychologists Identify patients who may benefit from ADHD testing, neurofeedback, EMDR, Spravato, or IV hydration therapy Educate patients and families about treatment options Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Deliver compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care Conditions Commonly Treated ADHD Anxiety Disorders Depression PTSD Bipolar Disorder OCD Trauma Disorders Mood Disorders Stress-Related Disorders Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health Adult Psychiatry Our NeuroWellness Services As part of our integrated care model, you'll collaborate across: Psychiatry Medication Management Individual Therapy Family Therapy ADHD Testing Neurofeedback Spravato® Treatment EMDR IV Hydration Therapy NeuroWellness Programs Who We're Looking For We're seeking clinicians who are: Passionate about improving patient outcomes Collaborative and team-oriented Curious and committed to lifelong learning Compassionate and culturally responsive Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams Interested in helping build innovative behavioral healthcare programs Excited to grow into future clinical leadership opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

Active PMHNP-BC certification Current, unrestricted APRN license in at least one U.S. state DEA registration or eligibility Prescriptive authority consistent with state regulations Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and documentation skills
