About the role

Therapist Associate (LPC Associate, LMFT Associate, LMSW) Join a Mission Focused Behavioral Health Practice Serving Diverse Communities Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking compassionate and motivated Therapist Associates who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare in historically underserved communities. Our practice serves children, adolescents, adults, families, veterans, and professionals through evidence-based, culturally responsive care. We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience working with African American, Afro-Caribbean, African immigrant, and other culturally diverse communities, and who understand the importance of delivering culturally informed behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy under approved clinical supervision. Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, psychologists, and care coordinators. Develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in eClinicalWorks. Participate in multidisciplinary case consultations and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

Texas LPC Associate, LMFT Associate, or LMSW. Passion for serving culturally diverse and underserved populations. Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and family-related concerns. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
