The LPN is responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting medical assessments. They also manage admissions, discharges, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment for clients in recovery or psychiatric care.
Candidates must hold a current unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee. Ability to work compassionately with individuals in mental health or chemical dependency treatment is required.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing care to clients to include but not limited to administering medication, taking vitals, assessing medical needs of clients.
Current unrestricted licensure in TN as a Licensed Practical Nurse Able to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions, and present information effectively, both orally and written Ability to work with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Experience working with people in recovery or in mental health treatment a plus.
