The RN/LPN is responsible for providing direct clinical care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assessing medical needs. They also manage client admissions, discharges, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment for patients in recovery.
Candidates must hold a current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Tennessee. Ability to work compassionately with individuals in psychiatric care or chemical dependency is required.
RN/LPN is responsible for providing care to clients to include but not limited to, administering medication, taking vitals, assessing medical needs.
Current unrestricted licensure in TN (as required by facility) as an RN/LPN Able to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions, and present information effectively, both orally and written Ability to work with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
