Perform accurate patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for patients in a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. Responsible for maintaining medical records, completing interdisciplinary care plans, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Requires a current North Carolina or compact state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. BLS certification is required within 30 days, with ACLS and PALS required within six months.
