Acts as the primary psychosocial and social work liaison for residents and families to ensure a seamless living experience. Responsibilities include conducting pre-admission interviews, coordinating orientations, and providing mediation for residents facing psychosocial challenges.
Requires a Master's degree in Human Services, Social Services, Gerontology, or a similar field. Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with the aging population and be flu-vaccinated.

No matter the task-at-hand, every action the Resident Services team takes, puts resident satisfaction & well-being at the forefront of it all.
The Resident Services Liaison at WCBay serves as a central point of contact between residents, families, and internal departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional living experience. The Liaison supports new resident move-ins and orientations, fosters ongoing engagement, and helps ensure residents feel welcomed, supported, and connected within the community. By maintaining strong communication, monitoring resident satisfaction, and collaborating with staff and leadership to resolve issues and improve services, the Resident Services Liaison helps uphold the community’s standards of hospitality, responsiveness, and quality of care.
$30/hour. This position is not eligible for medical benefits.
