Perform accurate patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions within a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. Responsible for maintaining medical records and completing interdisciplinary care plans to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Requires a current North Carolina or compact state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. BLS certification is required within 30 days, with ACLS and PALS required within six months.
