The Registered Nurse provides direct care for patients with chronic wounds, performing initial assessments and discharge instructions. They also function in a case management role to ensure optimum patient outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or have three years of related professional nursing experience. A valid Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Indiana or via the Nurse Licensure Compact is required.
