The Registered Nurse provides direct care for patients with chronic wounds, performing initial assessments, charting, and discharge instructions. Additionally, the role involves case management and ensuring patient outcomes are achieved in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or have three years of related professional nursing experience. A valid Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Indiana or via the Nurse Licensure Compact is required.
