California healthcare operations roles stay competitive

In California, healthcare operations roles often draw steady demand because clinics and medical groups need staff who can manage scheduling, records, and front-office workflows. These positions are competitive when employers want 3+ years of healthcare office experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and EHR familiarity such as eCW, with a bachelor’s degree or medical assistant certificate preferred.
