Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year The Opportunity A full-time Physical Therapist is needed in Kansas City, Missouri for a role focused on helping patients improve strength, movement, balance, and daily function. This position involves working directly with patients who may be recovering from surgery, managing pain, rebuilding mobility after an injury, or working toward better independence in their everyday lives. What Your Day May Include Evaluating patients and identifying physical limitations, pain patterns, and mobility concerns Creating treatment plans based on each patient’s condition, goals, and progress Providing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional movement support Helping patients improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance Teaching home exercise programs and safe movement techniques Tracking progress and updating plans of care as needed Completing clear and accurate clinical documentation Position Highlights Full-Time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Opportunity for professional growth and development Preferred Work Schedule Options We offer flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following schedules:
