We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic role in Kansas City, Missouri. This position focuses on helping patients improve movement, strength, mobility, and overall function after injury, surgery, pain, or musculoskeletal concerns. You will work with patients from age 11 to 90, creating treatment plans that fit their physical needs and daily goals. The clinic offers a structured environment, a strong clinical team, and room for both new and experienced Physical Therapists to continue growing. Position Highlights Full-time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Opportunity for professional growth and development Schedule Options The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following schedules: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Information Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants EMR System: WebPT Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
