Provide comprehensive daily living assistance and basic nursing care to medically complex patients, including monitoring vital signs and maintaining patient safety. Collaborate with licensed RNs to report changes in patient status and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents.
Requires a current Massachusetts Nurse's aide certification and Basic Life Support Certification within 30 days of hire. Candidates must have at least a 10th grade education and proficiency in English and basic computer applications.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Current Massachusetts Nurse’s aide certification; Basic Life Support Certification for Health Care Providers within 30-days of start date; Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served; Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management skills; Experience with current office technology, proficient with computer office applications (Electronic Medical/Health Records, MS Office, etc.) preferred.
