  • Beyond compensation, you'll benefit from a thoughtfully designed package including:

  • Opportunities for teaching, serving as a designated clinical training site for Florida State University - College of Medicine
  • Four-and-a-half-day work week with minimal on-call responsibilities

  • New, modern, state-of-the-art facility with onsite x-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and lab
  • Four weeks of paid time off. This is increased to five weeks after four years
  • One week of CME time plus up to $4,000 per year for CME expenses
  • Employer contribution to a simplified pension plan (IRA-SEP) of 12% annually; vested after 6 months of service

What's required to become our board certified primary care doctor?

  • Active licensure to practice medicine in the State of Florida
  • Board certification in Family Medicine
  • Ability to obtain medical staff privileges within the local hospital network
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care

  • Experience in managed care or population health models
