This position is open to both licensed professionals and recent graduates pursuing licensure.

LPN - GPN Details: Pay: Based on experience, qualifications, and licensure Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS Our LPN - GPN works under a licensed provider or Registered Nurse (RN) to help maintain an organized, safe, and compliant patient care environment. You'll communicate with patients in person, over the phone, and electronically to identify needs and then work with your team to implement the appropriate plan of care. Attention to detail will be vital as you document care in clinical systems, support care gap closure, and assist with other responsibilities as needed while complying with all healthcare regulations and CHP procedures. LPN - GPN QUALIFICATIONS You will need at least one of the following: Licensed Practical Nurse certification from an accredited college or technical school, or a written acknowledgement of Graduate Practical Nurse status from the Florida Board of Nursing Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write clear routine reports and correspondence Ability to clearly present and explain information one-on-one and in small groups Adaptable problem-solving skills Collaborative team spirit Math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, ratios, etc.) with the ability to create and interpret bar graphs Technology proficiency with the ability to learn and use Windows-based software 1 year of related experience - preferred, not required WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN US? Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or have Graduate Practical Nurse status from the Florida Board of Nursing. Proficiency in basic math, technology, and clear communication is required, with one year of experience preferred.
