The Medical Assistant supports providers by escorting patients, recording medical histories, and measuring vital signs. They are also responsible for performing clinical tasks such as blood draws, injections, and EKGs while assisting with front office duties.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be a graduate of a Medical Assistant program. Proficiency in computer skills and basic knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and immunizations are required.
