Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities.

Residential - Cornerstone

Shift

• Tuesday to
• Saturday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm (swing shift, 30 min unpaid lunch).

Salary Range

$28.13 to $36.37 (hourly). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social services field or combination of education/experience that qualifies as a QMHA required; History of working cooperatively in a team setting with at least two years relevant work experience preferred.

Summary

• The Counselor I, as part of an integrated care team, will provide therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents and families as assigned by a designated QMHP or Clinical Supervisor. The Counselor
• I may be assigned to any agency program including, but not limited to: ACT, Crisis, Intensive Services, Outpatient, Jail Diversion, Wrap, Residential or Detox. Essential duties may vary per location/department/position.
