University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Home Health nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their homes in Wayne, MI. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessment, treatment, and education.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely according to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance care quality.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in home health nursing or related clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Wayne, MI area.
• CPR certification and other relevant healthcare certifications as required.
