Description Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LSW, LPCC, LISW, or LISW-S) Compensation: Fully Licensed: Initial salary and then transition to 55% of net collections at 6 months (estimated at $65,000 - $90,000/year), paid biweekly Non-Independently Licensed: Initial salary and then transition to 50% of net collections at 6 months (estimated at $55,000 - $70,000/year), paid biweekly Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time, Exempt (minimum of 32 hours per week) Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Flexibility to schedule a minimum of 32 clinical hours within those time frames.

Role Summary The hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a LPCC, LISW, LISW-S and restricted LSW license Bachelor's, Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (trauma, couples, etc.) Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About ARC Psychiatry ARC Psychiatry evaluates, treats, and manages behavioral health conditions using innovative, holistic approaches designed to improve well-being and quality of life.
