Salary

Provides direct patient care and clinical support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within a nephrology practice. Responsibilities include performing initial assessments, documenting vital signs, conducting lab procedures, and educating patients.
Requires an active LPN license in North Carolina or South Carolina and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Candidates must hold current BLS or ACLS certification and a valid driver's license.

Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and clinical team members in delivering safe, timely, and patient-centered nephrology care.
This position is designated as an on-site, patient-facing role. In-office presence is an essential function due to the need for real-time collaboration with providers, direct interaction with patients and caregivers, and secure handling of health data in compliance with HIPAA.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to participate in the assessment of patients; use critical thinking skills in response to events, observations, experiences, verbal and written communication, problem solving and decision making.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment. The noise level is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, or hear.
Work Schedule is Monday- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch. Slight modifications may be made to this schedule with approval from manager.
