Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages in a family medicine setting. Collaborate with a healthcare team to implement individual treatment plans and educate patients on health and wellness.
Must possess a medical degree (MD or DO) and an active medical license to practice in Arizona. Board certification and experience in family medicine or primary care are required.
This is a contract position that emphasizes on-site collaboration within a dynamic medical practice environment.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, ensuring that the highest standard of care is delivered consistently. You'll play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of our practice, contributing to patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment while working closely with a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
Provide high-quality medical care to patients within a family medicine setting Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses Develop and implement individual treatment plans Educate patients and families about health and wellness Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately Participate in continuing education and training opportunities
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Active medical license to practice in the state of Arizona Experience in family medicine or primary care settings Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethics Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and practice demands
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Call Coverage: Rotating beeper call shifts
Daily Volume: ~18-20 patients
Patient Population: 70% adult, 20% geriatric, & 10% pediatric
Must be board-certified
