Kentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Remote Mental Health Therapist Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Kentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote mental health services to clients who need professional support with emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns. In this position, you will guide clients through the therapy process from the first session forward. You will listen closely, assess needs, establish care goals, and provide structured treatment through a secure telehealth platform. The role requires strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and the ability to create a professional connection with clients in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy appointments Review presenting concerns and identify clinical priorities Complete psychosocial assessments and document relevant history Develop care plans with clear goals and measurable treatment objectives Provide therapy for concerns such as mood disorders, trauma, stress, family conflict, grief, and adjustment challenges Help clients strengthen coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation Update treatment plans as clients make progress or new concerns arise Keep clinical records complete, timely, and compliant Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in every client interaction Follow required procedures for crisis concerns, mandated reporting, and referrals Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Comfortable working with clients through video-based care Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills Familiarity with HIPAA and ethical telehealth practices Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Full benefits package Supportive administrative structure Qualified LCSWs licensed in Kentucky are encouraged to submit their resume for review and take the next step toward a full-time telehealth position.
