The Clinical Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients and families by implementing individualized plans of care based on physical and psychological assessments. The role involves collaborating with patients and families while adhering to ANA standards and the Patient & Family Centered Care model.
A Registered Nurse license and a Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing are required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates need 2 years of nursing experience, or no experience if they possess the preferred education.
