Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of CT imaging procedures with independent judgment to obtain diagnostic-quality studies
• Set up CT equipment and position patients for procedures; monitor patient safety and comfort
• Follow department procedures to ensure accuracy, safety, and age-appropriate care
• Ensure image quality by selecting appropriate protocols and technical factors; minimize radiation exposure per ALARA principles
• Document examinations, verify patient information, and coordinate with radiologists and other staff as needed
• Maintain equipment and workspace, report issues, and participate in routine quality checks
