Job description

The Ambulatory Care Licensed Practical Nurse renders care to patients in the\nclinic setting and assists with coordination of care under the direction of the\nRegistered Nurse and provider. This position functions as a vital team member in\nproviding patient/family centered care and supports Our Service Promise\nprinciples when interacting with patients, their families and with coworkers.\n\n \n\nSchedule:\n\n * Casual | Minimum of 1 shift per month | St. Cloud\n * Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am- 4:30pm\n\n \n\nPay and Benefits:\n\n * LPN starting pay begins at $24.21 per hour; exact wage determined by years of\n related experience\n * Pay range: $24.21 – $36.35 per hour\n\n * Casual benefits available: casual PTO plan, wellness reward points, 401(k),\n employee assistance plan, and employee discounts!\n\n \n\nQualifications:\n\n \n\n * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required\n * Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of\n Minnesota required\n * Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cared\n required per established policy\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nCentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
