Provide individual and group counseling for clients with substance use disorders and develop personalized treatment plans. Facilitate educational workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Requires a current Illinois IDHS license (CADC, LSW, LPC) and SAP-DOT qualification with at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health. A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology is preferred.
Current Illinois IDHS license as a Substance Abuse Professional (e.g., CADC, LSW, LPC, or equivalent). SAP-DOT qualification required. Minimum 2 years of experience providing substance use counseling or related behavioral-health services. Strong interpersonal, documentation, and crisis-management skills. Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards. Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
