Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals with substance use disorders. Provide individual and group counseling sessions while maintaining confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Requires a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology and at least two years of direct counseling experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting. A valid Substance Abuse Professional license or certification is preferred.
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Valid Substance Abuse Professional license/certification or related preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of direct counseling or facilitation experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting. Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities and recovery principles. Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace. Passion for helping individuals and families heal and thrive.

Participate in regular interdisciplinary training & supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills. Cross-train in various departmental functions to enhance operational flexibility and support team efficiency.
