Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to create personalized care plans and support safe discharge transitions.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate, or bachelor's degree and current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification is required, with ACLS and six months of acute care medical/surgical experience preferred.
