Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients using the nursing process and administering medications. Collaborate with RNs to assess patients, implement care plans, and educate families on pain management.
Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana and a CPR/BCLS certification. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing diploma, associate, or bachelor's degree program.
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills required. Familiarity with rehab documentation systems is preferred. Additional requirements include: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
