• Nature and Scope The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Supports the organization vision and mission.
• Utilizes knowledge of patient’s age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.
• Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

• Compensation Compensation Philosophy: We have 13 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate successful candidate for 30 years of relevant experience Compensation Range: $48.11 - $68.59 / hour Job Status / Shift Information Full-time, benefited Day Shift

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current California RN license. Current certification in CPR. ACLS and PALS required to obtain within six months of employment.

Experience

• One (1) year experience working full-time.

• Abilities: Ability to utilize the nursing process in the provision of nursing care including but not limited to administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating a plan of care, collaborating with other health care providers and providing education to patients and/or significant others.

Responsibilities

Collects patient health data. Analyzes the assessment data in determining diagnoses/patient problems. Identifies expected outcomes individualized to the patient. Develops a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes. Implements the interventions identified in the plan of care.
