Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic services and crisis stabilization to individuals and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, and providing clinical supervision to direct care staff.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling, with licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) preferred. Candidates must have a valid NYS Driver License and proficiency in evidence-based modalities like CBT or DBT.
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide high‑quality, trauma‑informed therapeutic services to individuals and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The ideal candidate will utilize evidence‑based practices, deliver culturally responsive care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client wellness. This role spans both Crisis Residence and MHOTRS clinic settings and plays a key role in crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and recovery‑oriented, strengths‑based care.
MHC-LP, LMSW, LMSE, or Limited Permit salary base rate is $59,789.34
Position may be eligible to a sign on bonus
