Key Responsibilities
Provide supportive services to program participants with mental illness, ensuring compassion, dignity, and respect.
Assist participants in developing daily living skills and achieving personal goals.
Maintain documentation and participant charts in compliance with Office of Mental Health (OMH) standards.
Communicate regularly with healthcare and social service providers to coordinate care.
Assist with light to moderate cleaning in participant apartments as needed.
Promote an environment of inclusion, belonging, and empowerment for all participants.
