Requires an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts and current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications. One year of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is preferred.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential SUD treatment program. As an RN, you’ll be a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for nursing assessments, medication administration, detox monitoring, client education, and collaboration with medical providers. Key Responsibilities Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed Administer medications and monitor client responses Implement and monitor detoxification protocols Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol Provide health and medication education to clients Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic treatment environment Perform additional duties as assigned
Licensure Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts Certifications Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required Experience One year of experience in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment setting preferred
