Keystone Family Medicine – Catherine Street is seeking a dedicated Triage Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. As a fast-paced, expanding Community Health Center, we are committed to improving the health and wellness of our neighbors by providing quality healthcare to everyone, especially the medically underserved.
The Triage RN serves as a key member of the clinical team, providing telephone triage and coordinating patient care. Responsibilities include managing incoming patient calls, tracking laboratory results and diagnoses, obtaining medical records for new patients, monitoring referrals, completing medication prior authorizations, and supporting other nursing staff as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and organizational skills, be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
