Assess, implement, and monitor patient care for outpatients in observation status, including medication administration and treatment plan evaluation. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely patient disposition and provide comprehensive patient education.
Requires a Registered Nurse license and an associate degree in nursing, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Must obtain or possess BLS, DIMC, and TEAM Advanced certifications within specified timeframes.
14K for 2-year sign on bonus for qualified candidates This position possesses the knowledge to assess, implement and monitor the patient care for outpatients that are assigned to observation status. Employees who are in the casual position are required to pick up shifts as outlined in the Midland Nursing Casual Employee Policy.
