Provide comprehensive patient care services addressing psychosocial, physical, and general needs under the supervision of a registered nurse. Utilize specialized plan-of-care interventions to improve patient wellbeing and outcomes in a rehabilitation setting.
Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program with current state licensure and CPR/BCLS certification. IV certification and six months of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting are highly preferred.

How you’ll contribute
The rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital provides patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
