Locations
The LPN will provide general health monitoring, administer medications, and screen for psychiatric and substance use concerns within a behavioral health clinic. They are also responsible for coordinating care with providers and maintaining accurate electronic health records.
Candidates must hold a valid New York State LPN license and NYSED Infection Control certification. Experience in mental health or psychiatric settings and the ability to travel to clinic locations are required.
